My Story

I spent years working alongside a master electrician — pulling wire, upgrading panels, troubleshooting circuits in Florida heat. It was good, honest work. But I noticed something that kept happening: the phone would ring while we were elbow-deep in a live panel, and we'd have to let it go to voicemail. By the time we called back, the homeowner had already booked someone else.

That pattern — losing jobs not because of skill, but because of timing — stuck with me. I started looking into how technology could solve it. Not a generic answering service that reads off a script, but something that could actually talk to customers, answer their questions, and book appointments without the electrician ever stopping what they're doing.

That's how Market Minds Global started. I took what I knew about the trades — the real problems, the daily frustrations, the way customers think — and combined it with AI voice technology, automated follow-up systems, and conversion-optimized websites. The result is a system that works the way a $5,000/month office manager would, at a fraction of the cost.

Today I work primarily with electricians, plumbers, and HVAC companies across Florida. Every system I build comes from the same question I asked on the job site: “What would actually help here?”

Beyond the Business

I also run Businesses Beyond Borders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based here in Port Orange. We support entrepreneurship development in Central Asia — Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan — through financial literacy training, microfinance programs, and business development support. The same principles that help an electrician in Daytona Beach grow their business apply to a first-time entrepreneur in Bishkek.

It's all connected: give people the right tools and the right systems, and they can build something that supports their family and their community. That's true whether you're running wire in Florida or starting a shop in Kyrgyzstan.
